We guarantee the quality of our services and customer satisfaction with the “No Visa, No Fee” condition, described as it follows: If the requested visa is denied, you will receive refund of the agency fee paid this far. This is not applicable if the Visa has been denied because of negligence or false information provided by the customer.

The refund of the agency fee does not include the VAT, Home Office fees, Flight Tickets, School fees or any other taxes paid by any company that is not LondonHelp4U. LondonHelp4U takes full responsibility of the taxes that are related to our administrative services only.

Cancellations and refunds:
A refund application form is to be completed and signed.

The following items are not refundable under any circumstances:
- Consultation fee
- VAT

Where due refunds, it will be made 30 days after rejection of your case.
Cancellation of the process will follow the same procedures of the refusal.
Refunds will be made by company cheque (UK £).
