
Do you like meditating? Are you a practitioner of yoga? So, make note in your diary a Free Weekly Yoga at Hyde Park. The classes will happen until 24th July, from 2 to 4pm, and they are free. The local is Hyde Park Bandstand, Serpentine Road.
Classes will be led by the Patanjali Yog Peeth UK Trust (PYPT), master Yoga Teacher Sam Poddar. Based on a series of pranayam (systematic breathing techniques) combined with yoga asana postures; it is suitable for all ages and abilities.
